1. Develop a brief for human resources about the proposed training.

Answer to the Question No:1

A brief about the proposed training:


Employees of the company generally do not accept the changing of the management but when
top management takes two persons from each and every department and makes a team at this
moment they will think they are the part of the company so for the betterment they obviously
accept the change besides if the company can arrange a reward system then most of the
people will like to attend the team then they will not deny the change

The content of the training session can be why an organization brings change? What are the
benefits of changing strategy? what are tasks that the team must do? How to become
successful very fastly?
The training session can be conducted by motivational speaker, General manager of the
company and one top level authority of the consultancy firm.

Four ideas for team Building exercise:

1. Negotiate: The whole participates need to divide into two groups and give them a
problem and tell both of the team to win this then this will be competitive and workers
may learn themselves how to win a negotiate
2. Listening: The whole participants need to divide into five groups and give each team
20 minutes to speech and tell the others group to listen because they have been
asked. This will increase their patience of listening.
3. Gossiping: Trainer can arrange gossiping session where they are gossiping with one
another. This will increase their bandings.
4. Puzzle pieces: Trainer needs to from three to six groups and give them a puzzle and
arrange a reward for the team who can crack it first. This will increase their co-
operation.

The benefits of the training session are:


1. It increases the employees to accept the change of the organization.
2. It helps to increase bonding
3. It helps them to develop the know structure about negotiation, thinking power,
patience.
4. It increases their loyalty to the company.
