Introduction
Samson media was a renowned polishers of magazine with change of technology people are now moving to
digital media to read magazines so the company has now brought strategic change in their business so the
company has shifted their business into digital platform so the company does not need any printing man as
well as distribution man.so the company changes their procedure for recruiting printing and distributing man
rather they need to make a policy and procedure for recruiting the personnel who will involve in digital media
task. The jobless person may sue against the company because the company has sacked them without
arranging a job and demand compensation for their work if the company does not provide any compensation
to them.

Company needs to analysis the cost and benefit when implementing the change strategy. The company
needs to evaluate how much cost they have to face if stakeholders did not agree to the company What costs
bring to the jobless when negotiating. The company needs to assume what can the subscriber if expected
marketing program is taken and what will the income from the advertising. Company can arrange a thanking
program to inform stake holders for being with the company as well as the company sends online message
the customers to connect with them. This can be as a learned for the company to change in the next time
and motivation for others employees.
1. Develop a Communication and Education Plan to use in conjunction with the change
management project plan. Use the template provided to you by your assessor to show how the
change will be managed, including provision of information to staff about the proposed changes
and benefits. Ensure that the strategies you develop are designed to promote the benefits of
change to staff and to reduce the likelihood of negative responses or adverse outcomes. Your
communication and education plan should also show the reporting process to senior
management, which will be required on a regular basis.

matter of our part time workers. what can be the negotiating style beside you need to give most priority to
the customer’s reaction as they are habituated to us in printing form as well as employees play a very vital
role you need to consider this and in case of communication you need to remove young girls because they
