INTRODUCTION

In the present work, the case of Facebook was studied with the intention of identifying the
organizational behavior that the company has in a specific situation, where each student
evaluated the company's situation through a problem tree, explaining it through a video where
find the problems, causes and consequences associated with the company.

Finally, a bibliographic review was carried out on organizational behaviors, identifying the one
that best suits the situation.
