1. How can you find out about a job?

To find out about a job offer I look for the job boards that are in my city the most
common is the Sena, Cafaba. Although I search the internet for web pages, or
friends who ask them give me information where they are looking for staff

2. What do companies or employers look for in a person?

Companies are looking for proactive workers, who know how to deal with the
problems that arise every day. In addition, initiative and the spirit of starting new
projects are valued.

Ability to develop ideas and innovate

Productivity

 Management of new technologies

 commitment to the Company

People looking for what they are looking for from a company is:

 Job stability

 That allow them to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in their work

 That allow you to gain experience

 And above all that they give you the opportunity to work in what you study or the
profession you have and with which you will demonstrate your work with love

2. What are the skills that candidates should have?

 Leadership skills understand the goals and objectives of the company, so they are
usually able to motivate and inspire those around them.
Communication: It will always be extremely positive for a candidate to have an
excellent form of communication, both written and verbal.

 Positive attitude: it is having a positive attitude towards the objectives of the

company and the challenges that may arise.

Teamwork: teamwork is an important aspect for many companies. Therefore, have
