Objectives of ePanchayat Citizen Services
• The project addresses all aspects of Gram Panchayat services with
capacity to inform, interact and transact business on internet.
• To provide ease of access to information - Know Your House Tax
Demand, Property (House) Tax Percentage, Calculation of Property
Tax and Know your Trade License Details can be viewed. The e-
Panchayat project aims to transform the Panchayat Raj Institutions
(PRIs) into symbols of modernity, transparency and efficiency.
• The application submission online :

– Building Plan Permission
– Property (House) Tax Self Assessment
– Property (House/Building) Mutation
– Trade License New/Renewal

Layout Permission
• Applicant submit the application for proposed Layout
Location Detail Uploading necessary enclosures and
Annexure-A.
• The concerned local body scrutinize the application.
• After remitting all charges to local body, The
applicant can download the approval for Layout
Permission.
Building Permission
• Applicant submit the application seeking approval of
building plan by entering the details of the
proposed building location and construction.
• Uploading necessary enclosures and Annexure-G.
The concerned Local body scrutinize the
application.
• After remitting all charges to local body. The
applicant can download the approval for Building
plan.
Self Assessment
• To provide transparency in the assessment of property
tax procedure, An online self-assessment system has
been provided.
• After selecting the village location the approximate land
value is calculated from the registration department and
is displayed.
• The calculation of property tax with details of unit rates
will be displayed. The application will then be processed
at gram panchayat and after field inspection and
approval assessment no and tax details with special
notice can be downloaded. Self Assessment
Property Mutation
• Mutation transfer or change of title in the records of
the local body for the concerned property.
• Apply for Property Mutation Certificate provided by
the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development by
entering Information about Transferee and
documents required .
• The concerned local body scrutinize the application.
After remitting all charges to local body. The
applicant can download the Mutation certificate.
Trade License
• Citizens can register and renew the trade License.
• The application details such as applicant representing
Trade type, Trade Name, Upload the mandatory/
necessary scanned copy document.
• After payment of necessary fee the certificate can be
downloaded.
 Salient Features
• Updating of status via SMS and email regarding status and
stages of application (receipt of application payment of fee
details, field visit and approval etc.).
• Payment of fee at Meeseva centers.
• Certificates can be downloaded any number of Times through
their respective logins.
