SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residential address at

__________________________, do hereby appoints, names and
constitutes, and, with residential addresses at No. and
_______________________________, respectively, to be my true and
lawful attorneys-in-fact, whether singly or jointly, for and in my name,
place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1. To sell, offer for sale, negotiate, and come to an agreement with

the terms and conditions of any contract to sell, or contract to sell, and
thereafter to sign any documents of sale, transfer, or conveyance, relative to
my property covered by Tax Declaration No. ________________________
of the Assessor’s Office of the Municipality of _________________, Aklan
(hereinafter referred to as the “Property”), more particularly described as
follows:

“A portion of Lot 8932 identified as Lot 8932-A with an area of

39,418 square meters, more or less, located in Pawa, Nabas,
Aklan. Bounded on the NE & SE by Brgy. Unidos, Nabas, Aklan;
on the SW by Lot 8932-B (Petrowind Energy, Inc.) Road; Brgy.
Road; on the NW by Lot 8929, Cad. 758-D.”

2. To accept and collect full payment in their names as proceeds of the

sale of the Property, and to sign for the receipt thereof.

3. To file and/or submit, on my behalf, any and all documents as may

be necessarily required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”) or the
Municipal Government of Nabas, Aklan relative to the sale, transfer, or
conveyance of the Property;

4. To effect and/or process payment of any and taxes due on the sale,
transfer, or conveyance of the Property;

5. To process, sign, accept and receive the CAR, any and all
documents, notices and processes of the BIR in connection with the said
sale, transfer or conveyance; and

6. To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds necessary
to undertake the execution and finalization of the sale, transfer or
conveyance of the said Property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present and acting in person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-

in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
