through the support and contributions of its members as a result of improved business
operations)
Goal 3: Enhance commercial operations to aid in the building up of the church and communities
through cooperation and contribution of its members
(Under goal 3, we have 2 objectives)

1st Objective: Assisting members of the community in building and strengthening their spiritual
connection.
The corrective action for this (in case the target is not met) is to review and enhance the
strategy to encourage people become a member for them to avail the benefits.
Strategy 1 – Online advertising ( to better improve ways of promoting the TSKI’s purpose,
programs and services using social media platform and also to enhance the website of the said
non-profit organization )
Strategy 2 – Strategize information flow ( to review the information needed to know by the
members of the TSKI )

2nd Objective: To improve the application of rules and regulations and to create community
solidarity among members
The corrective action for this (in case the target is not met) is to review and enhance the
strategy to strengthen the relationship of every member towards the company.
Strategy 3 – Prioritize open communication ( To review the rules and regulations of the said
company, to ensure that communications from the top also extends to the lower )

Strategy No. 1 Online advertising

The third objective of TSKI is to aid in the development of churches and communities via the support

and contributions of its members as a consequence of enhanced business operations. Promoting Taytay

sa Kauswagan Inc.'s purpose and vision using social media platforms is a method that promotes the

company's third goal. Many individuals would be motivated to join or become members of the

organization if they realized how excellent and useful it is through social media. In this approach, having

a large number of members can provide revenue that can be used to run the business successfully.

Strategy No. 2 Prioritize Open Communication

This strategy helped the Tatay sa Kauswagan Inc. achieve its objective in strengthening the solidarity

among the members of the community and to improve the implementation of law and regulation. Good

leadership and management of the organization are important. Open communication is crucial to

alignment across the organization. Communication from the top down is for everyone to understand key

priorities, values and objectives. Having good communication with members creates unity. Through this

it would be easy for the members to follow rules and regulations.

Strategy No. 3 Strategize Information Flow

Being transparent to the information needed to know by the members of Tatay sa Kauswagan Inc. gives

them assurance to trust the company. With an easy flow of information, operations inside the company

would flow effectively and efficiently.
