1. The first type of objective that needs to be achieved first would be to


establish a clear and concise strategic objective, because you’ll be able to
map out and plan what needs to be done and achieved first, as well as
being able to plan not just operations, but also financial plans on how
much you will allocate to your business operations. Ensure that the
objectives are diamond clear, says one message understood to all the staff,
and manageable and should lead to where the company should go.
2. Of the given strategies, I would opt for diversification. In order to be
successful, the business would consider giving some knowledge acquired
from experience to the business, combine them together with other
activities of separate businesses to reduce costs, and collaborate to gain
more further information and improve the product. In this way, we can get
to improve the product quality and technology brought by knowledge and
experience, regardless if businesses are related to each other or not.
