Mr. Om Prakash Nayak Mr. Parba Maity ‘Mr. Swagat Sourav Patel Mr. Narayan Sahu Mr. P Maity, representative of Maxflow Fans has reached the site on 10" Feb 2020 for supervision pre- erection readiness of FTP-2 ID fan2(cap-180000m3/hr) During his stay time following job executed and discussed about the ID fans. 1. Cross-checked NDE side civil foundation & matched with GA .Found the pockets 40 mm differed {It was being adjusted as per pockets without changing the center-line dimension 2. Existing final grouting was removed at DE side in presence of M/s MFMPL representative. 3. Fixing of DE Pedestal was done as per GA & cross-checking of levels, center-line, water-level, height from FFL was done in presence of M/s MFMPL representative. Found OK. 4. Half-grouting at DE side was done in presence of M/s MFMPL representative 5. NDE side pedestal fixing was done in presence of M/s MFMPL representative. Cross-checking of levels, center-line, water-level, height from FFL was done in presence of M/s MEMPL representative. Found OK as per GA 6. Found some mismatch between old GA & existing structure, which had not been identified during earlier visits. It was also been replicated into the new GA. Rectification in the existing structure was advised by of M/s MEMPL design dept.
