HV Breaker needs serious service on getting trip sometimes.
2 2.AC Main MCB Faulty. Pls take NA ASAP.

3.DC MCB 1 Faulty.
4, Contactor A16 Faulty.

1 B Phase Breaker not geeting Trip. Problem with Mechanism it self. Need to attend on urgent basis.
