System Plans MRSL Monitoring & Update with Compliance

International Classic Composite Ltd. (ICCL) always tries to make all necessary updates in
MRSL for the inventory with proper modification of Data from the suppliers. For the proper
MRSL follow up, ICCL always take following action plans to monitor & update MRSL
including chemical inventory with proper compliance –

 Review national regulations and brands requirements (MRSL) and document an article
checklist which is applicable to the operations and procurement regularly for any updates in
Data including in the inventory.
 Make recheck the whole inventory in every month periodically for any missing Data or any
further update in included Data crosschecking with SDS/MSDS & Letter of Conformity.
 Make proper markings & monitoring the whole inventory in every month periodically for the
chemicals which are harmful through MRSL & contact suppliers to resolve this issue.
 Make proper markings & monitoring the whole inventory in every month periodically for the
chemicals which are harmful through MRSL & searching for the replacements of those
chemicals.
 Contact to the chemical supplier or manufacturers for MRSL issue of their products through
mail or verbally by phones or face to face meetings.
 Stop using the non-compliant chemicals until suppliers not solving that issue or replacement
is found.
