Introduction of the event: Inter-house Basketball Tournament concluded from 14 October 2015 to
17 October 2015. It was an exciting four days of basketball in which the skills of students were
exhibited. With old rivalries being rekindled and new ones created, the entire tournament was
intense as teams battled against each other.
Participants: In the junior division, the young and enthusiastic students enjoyed their segment of
the tournament as they played against peers in exciting matches. The future Basketball stars
displayed their talents on the court and amazed spectators with their level of
Inauguration Ceremony & Chief Guest of the Event: LPU Executive Dean Dr. Sanjay Modi graced the
occasion as the chief guest. He slated, “These team show real dedication and commitment. They work
really hard for each other out there on the court, never giving up and always believing in themselves and
their talent. Their team spirit can be felt wherever they go and is infectious to those around them.”
Key Outcomes: The garnered appreciation because of its unique concept. As on the hand, is gave
the students a platform to showcase their gaming and sodding talents, and on the other hand the
activities like rangoli making and sketching were given a platform to be showcased. The students
who were beholding all these events got a chance to witness such competitions and entertain
themselves.
