The person who inspires me

Successful people in every field have certain characteristics in common.

It is worth our time to analyze the characteristics of a person who is
now where we would like to be in future. Some teens turn to pop
singers or actors for inspiration but many find inspiration much closer
to home. I am one of them. My great-grandmother is my role model.

Her name was Evdokia. She died last year. My great-grandmother

lived in Vilkovo. I remember her as a kind and positive person. She had
the kindest greenish-grey eyes and a nice smile. In any situation she
joked and smiled. She survived both war and cold and hunger… Evdokia
had 7 kids and 3 of them died in childhood. Despite everything, this
person remained strong and confident.

She was a hard-working, kind and remarkable person. My great-

grandmother is my inspiration because she always was a real person,
she never gave up and always went ahead!

She was for me as a friend, who could always help and talk about
something…

I liked to come to see her, because her house had a star in the
window to signal a safe place for everyone. Evdokia always offered a
helping hand to others – a kind world, a joke or a listening ear.

When I face difficulties I think what my great-grandmother would do

in this situation.

I don’t want to be exactly like she, but I will strive to acquire[əˈkwaɪə(r)]

new traits of character to help me achieve my goals.
