HISTORY

Founded in 1985 by ENGR. FERNANDO C. LARANANG, FCL Construction was a

company that engaged in architectural, engineering and construction,
maintenance and consultancy services.

Headed by Engr. Fernando C. Laranang and a few competent workers, FCL

Construction headed for a remarkable entry in the industry on March
1985 as an official service provider and facility developer for the
Voice of America, Baguio Receiver plant and Voice of America Poro
Point Transmitter Plant.

Three years later, FCL Construction invaded new markets, bagging

another US based corporation, the Texas Instruments Philippines Inc.,
together with the US Ambassador’s residence in Baguio City.

From the 90’s onward, FCL Construction flourished into business over
the construction industry.

In July 2007, FCL Construction became FCLARANANG CORPORATIONS, with

FCLARANANG GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION AND FCLARANANG GENERAL
SERVICES CORPORATION as its two groups of companies.

As of June 2013, FCLaranang Corporations changed its name to

FCLARANANG GROUP OF COMPANIES as a way of diversifying into other
lines of business. Under FCLaranang Group of Companies are FCLARANANG
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, FCLARANANG MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES
