Format for Submission of Pre-Bid Queries and Registration for Pre-Bid Conference

A) Pre-Bid Queries:
To be sent by email sent to ddg-ea@uidai.gov.in. Please write “QUERY ON
EMPANELMENT” in subject line

Each company can submit a maximum of 5 Queries. These queries should be submitted from the
official email ID of the Contact person.

B) Registration for Pre-bid conference

UIDAI shall conduct a Pre-Bid Conference for the Empanelment of Enrollment Agencies on 25th
May, 2010 in New Delhi. Each company can nominate a maximum of 2 persons to attend the
Pre-Bid Conference. Please provide the names of the persons who shall attend the Pre-bid
conference, in the table given below.

The venue and time for the Pre-Bid Conference shall be announced on the UIDAI website by
22nd May, 2010. Interested companies may send in their registration requests in the above format
to ddg-ea@uidai.gov.in by 18th May, 2010. Entry for the Pre-Bid Conference shall be strictly
based on registration.
