"Influences or Effects of Globalization to Filipino Culture".

As I have said on my first comment about the

impact of globalization on us students. One of the things I mentioned was us being opened to different
cultures and admiring them. Most popular example is the influence of Korean’s K-Pop, dramas, comics
(manhua), and even their style of clothing. When we try to spectate what we do in our everyday life we
could perceive the vast effect of globalization. When we wake up and put on fresh clothes that clothing
is made from the US, the toys our baby nieces and nephew plays are made in China. The spices we put in
our dishes are from India, and when we watch TV and browse the channels we could see on the news
vast media from every country. Was there a point in history where globalization emerges in the
Philippines? As I pondered for quite some time a thought came that even our religion was affected.
Originally the pre-colonial religion of the Philippines was Animism. When Spaniards came they brought
Catholicism in our archipelago.

There once was a family gathering I attended, everyone was giving gifts and opening and people were
revealing what they bought and what they received. One received a local item which was handmade and
the other received an international brand. The fact that they gave so little focus on the local brand
associating it as being low on the socioeconomic class is just one of the negative sides of globalization.
To sum up my point of view is that the entry of global exchanges made us interested in other culture,
practices, music, systems, styles and etc. that we forget to acknowledge our own. 

LOCOMOTOR

 Walking - shifting one's weight from one foot to another.

 SLIDING-
 Hopping - hop on one foot and land on the same foot.
 Skipping - it is done by making step and hop on the same foot.
 Jumping - jump on both feet and land on both feet.

Non-Locomotor Movements

1. Bending - is moving the muscles around a joint where two body parts
meet. It is the form of bending a body from straight to curve position.
2. Stretching - moving or rotating the part of the body around axis.
3. Twisting- moving around the body. It is done by rotating the body parts
around the axis while the base is not changing its condition.
