Job Description

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree in Engineering

(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
At least 3 years of working experience specialized in Engineering -
Electronics/Communication or equivalent is required for this position.
The organization is looking for a full-time RAN Optimization Engineer (Engineering –
Electronics/Communication)

Responsibilities:

provide consultation and technical support to troubleshoot new end-to-end cellular

technology and solving radio network-related issues
give support and guidance to the customer.
operation and maintenance of network elements including remote assistance.
may also perform network analysis to troubleshoot issues and coordinate
communications between the customer, operations team including eld support
systems.

Creating and executing test cases and organizing eld trials of a network

Quali cations/Required Skills:

Residing in the Philippines or a Filipino Citizen

3-5 years of relevant experience in GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies
Ericsson/Huawei optimization experience is mandatory; another vendor (Nokia/ZTE)
is a plus
Previous experience as area owner, handling daily activities like KPIs monitoring
and worst cells troubleshooting
Parameters trials proposal, assessment & new SW features evaluation
Various audits inc; parameters, neighbors, license and HW con gurations and
mapping
Utilization and capacity studies including interfaces, hardware capabilities, radio
resources, and signaling channels to manage network capacity
Multi-Carrier strategy and multi-RAT interoperability for both CS and PS services
Customers complaint handling and special events preparation

Only Full-time (40 hours/week) applicants will be considered for the position. NO OTHER JOB
