    Subject: EXPLANATION.

    With reference to your letter # 6656, dated 25-11-2020, it is submitted that the undersigned was
    working as a benefits in-charge, since joining in this organization, no complain was received about
    undersigned before.
    As your good self know that due to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic the working hours were reduced
    and the office remain closed for almost four months for public dealings. According to SOPS without
    personal appearance of claimant the RCC would not be conducted. Due to which RCC was not held for
    almost Five months.
    As the second wave of COVID-19 the Federal Government instructed not to conduct physical meetings,
    due to which the member of claim committee are conducting one to one meetings in separate rooms to
    maintain SOPS to prevent corona, resulting slow in process.

    Despite these constraints 150 case pending in RCC were settled in short span of one month. I give you
    full commitment that I will settle all pending claim cases in fall of January 2021.
