result plugging of flue gas passage and we are forced to shut down recovery boiler around 8 hours

2 Plugging of flue gas passage result shut down recovery bolier every after 1.5 month instead of 3 month

3 Decrease life of Recovery Bolier and related Equipment

4 Decrease Life of ESP and efficiency because of sodium sulphate convert in sulphuric acid at flue gas dew points

5 H20 + SO2 = H2SO3

H2SO3 + O = H2S04

6 Specially Decrease life of recovery bolier hearth,this is too dangerious

Because of smelt nature with water

7 Decrease Evaporator Steam Economy, because sodium sulphate genrate double salt with sodium carbonate

double salt is very sticky in pressure body

NA2CO3 + NA2SO4 = Double Salt ( Burkite )

8 Reduced Thermal efficiency of recovery boiler due to reaction of sodium sulphate

9 Increase Firing gun chocking Problem, SCMT Jali chocking .

11 Higher Chloride Content in Black Liquor this also increase plugging

in Heat Transfer area,result low steam genration,Less Runabilty of Recovery Bolier

12 Due to higher chloride in blacl liquor accumalation increase with help of

sulphur content and massive accumalation in bull nose area result lower steam temperature
