Part-01: Introduction

A university an institution of higher education and research, which awards academic

degrees in various academic disciplines. Universities typically provide undergraduate
education and postgraduate education.

University is the place where every year thousand and thousand students get to
graduate. It is the place where one of the most valuable bonds/relationships creates.
And that is the relationship between teachers and students. Teachers are the 2nd most
honorable person in the world after the parents. So, the relationship between teachers
and students is the most important. A good relationship helps a student to get
knowledge from his/her teachers. As well as it helps the teacher to teach his/her
student in better way. Their behaviors, attitudes, communication helps to create this
bond. This relationship helps them to grow up together.

Although the university is a non-profitable organization, to operate it needs money.

The course fee is one of the major income sources for it. And the relationship between
teachers and students affect it very much. Students are not willing to do courses of
those teachers with whom they have a bad relationship. So, a good relationship is
most important for university as well as for a better education.

1.1: STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

A good relationship is most important between teachers and students.

But everyone can’t make this relationship. There is a lack of good

relationships between students and teachers. For that, students do not get
interested in classes. And this is harmful to their study. Students also show
an unwillingness to do classes of those teachers with whom they have a bad
relationship. The goal of this research is to find what students want from
their teachers and what should be the relationship between teachers and
students.

After this survey and analysis, we found that the relationship between teacher
and student is very important. And creating a good relationship is the solution
to the problem. To create a good relationship with students, teachers have to
have these qualities.

 The ability to develop relationships with their students,

 Knowledge of learners,
 Dedication to teaching,
 Engaging students in learning,
 Friendliness,

 Kind personality etc.

Part-07: Conclusions

The relationship between teachers and students is a great relationship. This

relationship created by respect, honor, trust, friendliness, and greatness. A
teacher is a sailor of our student life, by holding his/her hand we learn about
life. if we do not have a great bond with them, we cannot learn from them
properly. That's why the relationship between teacher and student is so
important. “A good teacher is like a candle; it consumes itself to light the way
for others”

“Teaching is not about information. It is about having an honest

intellectual relationship with your student” – Paul Lockhart says.

“Teachers who put relationships first don’t just have students for one year; they
have students who view them as ‘Their’ teacher for life” – Educator Justin
Tarte

The relationship between the student and teacher is ultimately important. In

higher spirituality we don't study a subject as much as a person. – Prederick
Lenz

In the end, we can say that a good relationship is the key of successful
education system. Teacher and student both should create a good relationship
with each other.
