December 4, 2020 To whom it may concern, 1am writing in reference to Shayla Edstrohm. Ms, Edstrohm was employed as a childcare aide with WNC Child Development Center for a little under a year. During this time, she cared for children of all ages; ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years of age while focusing on children 4-5 years of age. Ms. Edstrohm’s responsibilities included providing direct care, maintaining clean and sanitary conditions for the children, providing appropriate child development curriculum, and so forth. She was engaging with the children and actively participated in their play and development. She was open to suggestions and areas for improvement. Ms. Edstrohm was always open to helping her team in any way that she could. She worked extremely well with all members of the staff. She showed incredible dependability, adhered to all policies and procedures, showed professionalism, and so much more. Ms. Edstrohm was a joy and pleasure to work with. She would be an asset to any organization lucky enough to have her.
