Leadership

in 5 days on 3 airframes, boosted squadron capabilities by 60%.
• Steered team through Presidential stage, generated 100 missions, transported 421 personnel and
351 cargo tons. Contributed to 1st ever United States President and North Korean leader summit.
• Led Air Mobility Command ground training mission; organized high-visibility event for 32
members. Powered 668-hour project which supported 417 qualifications and 32 critical
certifications for 2 Squadrons.
Organized Squadron Level Professional Development Seminar and Air Force Academy
immersion tour. Instructed 11 airmen on assignment system procedures and indoctrinated 7 cadets
on maintenance operations, mentored future Air Force leaders.
Operational Support
• - Maintenance Flight Subject Matter Expert, reacted to C-5M in-flight emergency. Led 10
member jack team, changed hydraulic valve in less than 4 hours. Averted off-station maintenance
recovery team and revived $224M asset.
• Managed a 36-member section, scrutinized 1.5K training tasks and.23 crit items--increased shop
qualification and boosted maintenance capabilities by 10%
• - Filled engine run certifier gap, qualified 9 members and increased capabilities 50%. Supported
the correction of 37 non-mission capable discrepancies. Keyed Groups 2018 Global Reach Award
and Wing’s 2019 Maintenance Effectiveness Award.
• Led unit “Aircraft Weight & Balance” program overhaul. Trained and certified 17 aircraft jack
supervisors-, Identified as a unit "strength" during 2019 Commander’s Inspection, lauded as the
#1 program in the Wing.
Communication
• Awarded “Distinguished Graduate” award at Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. Mastered
36-day curriculum; graduated top 10% of class, Identified as leader among leaders. Coined by
unit Commander.
• Selected for bilateral exchange program. Embedded 8 days with Japanese Air Self Defense Force,
shared leadership and military traditions. Cemented US & Japan ties!
• Oversaw base sport clubs, organized 8 events for 36 members. Emceed 2 Squadron level events,
lauded by 326 personnel, increased community and Squadron relationships.
• Co-authored Wing’s First Sergeant “After Hours” guide. Set standards and practices while
arming 30 additional duty First Sergeant with vital guidance. Lauded by Wing Command Chief
Master Sergeant.
