Part 1: What do you like best about your work? What issues have you dealt with this month? How have
these issues helped you to grow as a professional?

I like interacting with different people at work the best. This month, many employees were out of town,
so I had to do different jobs than I usually do, like answering phone calls and checking people in. This has
helped me grow as a professional because it has taught me to be flexible and multi-task.

Part 2: How has your work experience helped you to grow your resume? What types of activities or
skills have you developed so far that will help you to be more marketable and prepared for your future
career?

My work experience has helped to grow my resume because it adds many new skills that I have
developed, such as communication skills and flexibility. I have developed better social skills,
collaboration, and productivity that will prepare me for a future career.

Part 3: Part of resume writing is helping you to develop your soft skills. Being able to write and
communicate professionally will help you to advance in your future career. Below, list two professional
resources (other than the WBL website) you used to help you write your professional resume.

I used Microsoft Office’s resume templates to make sure my resume was in a correct form, and
I used Purdue OWL Resume Workshop to gain a better understanding of how to write a
professional resume.
