General Information
Description
The QOL Pyramid encompasses all elements of health and wellness. From one side to the next we
find that we consistently revisit all sides to maintain the healthy life we deserve. This course
introduces the components of the pyramid and how we can utilize the elements within our current
lives and routines. We will dive into the spiritual, physical and mental aspect of well-being.

So many of us have jobs that are not conducive to the integrity of our health and wellness. Lack of
movement, sitting for long hours, stress, fatigue and dehydration are just a few ways in which our
work environment robs us of the strength of our personal QOL pyramids.

Expectations and Goals


This course will provide attendees a significant understanding of where they are within the realm of
personal health and wellness. By providing knowledge in all aspects, attendees will gain confidence
in knowing what and how to go about increasing their quality of life, even with a busy schedule.
We will give plenty of options on how stresses, aches, injury and fatigue can be combated through
simple habit changes that make significant changes for life.

Course Materials
Required Materials
 Device for notetaking (link to video of course will be available to all that attend full course).
 Athletic or loose clothing for range of motion and other movement practices.
