Your base pay is made up of commissions and subsidy.

You will earn a subsidy contribution or "boost" if your commissions total does not exceed your subsidy
total for the week.

Your tips and weekly rewards are added on top of your base earnings.

Commission = Total weekly orders x base commission rate

Here, the total weekly commission = $350.

At the end of each week, your hourly boost will be calculated as follows:

Total Commissions / Hours Worked = Commission per Hour

Hourly Subsidy - Commission per Hour = Hourly Boost

Hourly Boost x Hours Worked = Total Boost

In this example, the driver has earned a total hourly boost of $150
Weekly rewards are determined by the number of orders you make.

You’ll earn higher rewards for each tier or order threshold that you reach.

In this example, if you complete 70 orders, you’ve reached Tier 2, and will earn a reward of $100.

You need 10 more orders to reach Tier 3.

You’ll keep 100% of the tips you earn from customers.

NOTE: If your order is cancelled, you’ll still receive commission, but any tips for that order will be
refunded.
