    Certificate of No Marriage from Philippine Statistics Office


    2. Birth Certificate (issued by the Philippine Statistics Office or Local Civil Registrar)
    3. Valid government-issued ID indicating that one of the applicants is a Pasay resident
    - If no such ID, get a Barangay Certificate attesting that one of the applicants is a
    Pasay resident
    4. 1 pc. of 2in. x 2in. photo or passport-sized photo
    5. Marriage License Application Form
    - Use only black ink

    * Personal filing / personal appearance is mandatory because parties are required to attend
    Pre-marriage Counseling and Family Planning Seminar immediately upon filing of the
    application.

    * Pasay LCR holds Pre-marriage Counseling and Family Planning Seminar anytime Mondays to
    Fridays during business hours, provided there is a marriage license applicant.
