“Dance is the joy of movement and the heart of life.”

Message for Kids – Dear Kids, hope you are doing well. I am sending you 1 worksheet and 1 Dance
video. Learn and enjoy.

General Instructions -

 Make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothes preferably T-shirt and track pants.
 Ensure that the area should be cleared where you are dancing. Don’t hurt yourself.
 Video is attached for the reference and practice.
 Worksheet is for Activity based (Fun) learning.
 Every time you will revise previous dance first.

SL. No. Guidelines

1. Aim- To keep the body and mind active and to learn a new dance.

2. Resources – Laptop/Computer, speakers and video and worksheet

provided to you.

3. Action Plan- First play the previous video and revise. After that play new
video and start following the steps one by one.

4. Practice- Do every step 3-4 times to learn it properly and to remember all
the steps. After practicing just minimize the video and do it on your own.
Once the school will be started we will do it together in the class.

5. Outcome- Improvement in performance qualities like confidence, attitude

and energy level
