    Dear Campus Ambassador,

    First of all, congratulations on securing your role as a campus ambassador for our
    organisation. You may now write, “Campus Ambassador at International Legal League” on
    your LinkedIn profile.

    Here are a set of rules that you are required to adhere to as a part of our organisation.
    We expect you to:-

    At the end of your tenure of 6 months, you are requested to drop us an email to
    receive a certificate!

    ● You should be active and promote our events on all the groups that you are a part of.
    We may ask you for proof too (in the form of screenshots/links etc)
    ● You must be active on the internet, and we expect you to respond quickly.
    ● You must have good networking skills in order to promote our event.
    ● You must complete tasks under the given time period.
    ● You will be acting as a liaison between our organisation and your University, so we
    expect you to be the first person any student comes up for queries. In case you’re
    unable to solve their queries, you may drop us a message.
    ● Be transparent with us, which means we request you to be aware and make us
    aware of everything that you intend to do, or are doing as your role of campus
    ambassador.
    ● In case, any of our events take place at your university, you would be the first person
    we would contact regarding the same.
    ● You are requested to collect feedback from your university and ask them for any
    ideas that they wish we could provide in your organisation.

    Do not be hesitant to make mistakes; we are not perfectionists either. With each mistake that
    you make, you should be open to learning new things! So do not worry, if this is your first
    time or you’re an experienced person. There is no judgement! This will give you an
    experience and we want you to learn. Before you reach out to our core members, we advise
    you to reach out to your fellow peers. Some of them, we believe may have valuable insights
    to share! And NETWORK! Get to know your peers across the globe, they may have amazing
    stories to share- you may even make good friends!

    Your tenure of country ambassador will be for 6 months, post which, you shall receive a
    letter of recommendation​, provided that you have dropped us an email regarding the
    same. If you wish to continue, you may drop us an email that you would like to continue.
    However, you will receive a l​ etter of excellence ​once you continue with us even after your
    first tenure ends. (provided another six months have been completed)
    REMEMBER- If you are found to be inactive by our team, your status as a campus
    ambassador will be withdrawn from you.

    OUR ORGANISATION HAS A STRICT POLICY AGAINST-


    ○ ANY RACIST, SEXIST, CLASSIST, ABLEIST, HOMOPHOBIC, CASTEIST
    OR ANY DISCRIMINATORY REMARK
    ○ ANY FORM OF BULLYING OR HARASSMENT

    If you are found doing any of these, you will no longer be allowed to be a part
    of this organisation and we shall take strict action against you.
