Contractual Agreement for Weekend Program Rendering of Lecture
This professional lecturing is dated _____________________ is made by and between CDE Coordination Office, whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Tepi Campus hereinafter referred to as “CDE
Coordination Office” as contract provider in one part; and with Laboratory assistant whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Tepi Campus hereinafter referred to as “Instructor” contract recipient
in the other part.
1. Duties and Responsibilities of the CDE Coordination Office (Contract Provider)
 Whereas CDE Coordination Office is desirous of contracting the laboratory assistant (referred above) for professional lecturing service. And has fully accepted the Instructor to pay the total sum
mentioned below, hereinafter referred to as the contract sum.
 As per the *Article10 No 1, 2a & b, the CDE Coordination Office reserves the right to cancel the contractual agreement in case of good reasons.
2. Duties and Responsibilities of the Instructor (Contract Recipient)
F Instructor, who is engaged in CDE Coordination Office, shall not be allowed to leave classes unless encountered serious problem.
F Absentees will have deduction of that period of time payment from the contract sum. In addition to this deduction, the payment of the month shall be withheld until the instructor covers all the
unfinished lessons of the course.
F Based on the information from the time keeper and/ CDE Coordination Office, if classes are frequently missed, the instructor shall be prohibited from offering courses for the following
semester(s) of the Continuing and Distance Education Programs.
F Unless beyond capacity, the instructor must report his/her absence to the coordination office at least 24hours ahead through phone or at present.
F In accordance with the **Article 2 No 2b, the instructor will be abiding by the rules and regulations of the legislation1 in accomplishing the duties of teaching and related tasks given to him/her in
Continuing and Distance Education Programs.
3. Both parties in the agreement recognize the fact that, time and implementation of the contract is in the essence of accomplishing the scope of the work as per the Academic Calendar set for the
Summer-in-Service Degree Program. Now in consideration of payment of the contract sum as of amounted below, the parties in agreement agree as follows:

“CDE Coordination Office” as contract provider in one part; and Ashagre Lewi with laboratory assistant whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Mizan Campus hereinafter referred to as
“Instructor” contract recipient in the other part.

This professional lecturing is dated _____________________ is made by and between CDE Coordination Office, whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Tepi Campus hereinafter referred to as “CDE
Coordination Office” as contract provider in one part; and Mr. Alelign Mekonen with Ass. Lecturer whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Tepi Campus hereinafter referred to as “Instructor”
contract recipient in the other part.
1. Duties and Responsibilities of the CDE Coordination Office (Contract Provider)
 Whereas CDE Coordination Office is desirous of contracting the Instructor (referred above) for professional lecturing service. And has fully accepted the Instructor to pay the total sum
mentioned below, hereinafter referred to as the contract sum.
 As per the *Article10 No 1, 2a & b, the CDE Coordination Office reserves the right to cancel the contractual agreement in case of good reasons.
2. Duties and Responsibilities of the Instructor (Contract Recipient)
F Instructor, who is engaged in CDE Coordination Office, shall not be allowed to leave classes unless encountered serious problem.
F Absentees will have deduction of that period of time payment from the contract sum. In addition to this deduction, the payment of the month shall be withheld until the instructor covers all the
unfinished lessons of the course.
F Based on the information from the time keeper and/ CDE Coordination Office, if classes are frequently missed, the instructor shall be prohibited from offering courses for the following
semester(s) of the Continuing and Distance Education Programs.
F Unless beyond capacity, the instructor must report his/her absence to the coordination office at least 24hours ahead through phone or at present.
F In accordance with the **Article 2 No 2b, the instructor will be abiding by the rules and regulations of the legislation1 in accomplishing the duties of teaching and related tasks given to him/her in
Continuing and Distance Education Programs.
3. Both parties in the agreement recognize the fact that, time and implementation of the contract is in the essence of accomplishing the scope of the work as per the Academic Calendar set for the
Summer-in-Service Degree Program. Now in consideration of payment of the contract sum as of amounted below, the parties in agreement agree as follows:

Contractual Agreement for Summer Program Rendering of Lecture (Governement Sponsor)
This professional lecturing is dated _____________________ is made by and between CDE Coordination Office, whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Tepi Campus hereinafter referred to as “CDE
Coordination Office” as contract provider in one part; and Melaku Mengesha with Lab Assistant whose address is Mizan-Tepi University: Tepi Campus hereinafter referred to as “Instructor”
contract recipient in the other part.
1. Duties and Responsibilities of the CDE Coordination Office (Contract Provider)
 Whereas CDE Coordination Office is desirous of contracting the Instructor (referred above) for professional lecturing service. And has fully accepted the Instructor to pay the total sum
mentioned below, hereinafter referred to as the contract sum.
 As per the *Article10 No 1, 2a & b, the CDE Coordination Office reserves the right to cancel the contractual agreement in case of good reasons.
2. Duties and Responsibilities of the Instructor (Contract Recipient)
F Instructor, who is engaged in CDE Coordination Office, shall not be allowed to leave classes unless encountered serious problem.
F Absentees will have deduction of that period of time payment from the contract sum. In addition to this deduction, the payment of the month shall be withheld until the instructor covers all the
unfinished lessons of the course.
