Course Methodology
The course will involve various methods of learning. It will include a combination of lectures, class
discussion, cases, in-class exercises, group and individual assignments. Students must come to class
prepared by reading all assigned material. Participation is key to achieving the objectives of the
course.
Attendance Policy
Due to the interactive nature of the course, attendance is crucial. As the course will cover various
subjects, students will lose out on substantial course content by missing class. Similarly, tardiness
will result in critical loss of course content as well. Students are therefore urged to avoid this practice
and must not be more than 10 minutes late.
Written Assignments
It is mandatory that all written assignments be well presented using font size 12, a simple and clear
font style, single spaced, on A4 size page. For any written assignments, the minimum length will be
specified. Quantity does not translate into quality; therefore, there is no need to add material
unnecessarily. All written assignments, tests and other relevant course-work etc should be well
thought out and studied. Plagiarism will not be accepted under any circumstances. For referencing
please see the APA formatting and style guide.
