LEISURE TIME AND REST

 Leisure activities: free time. They help you to relax and have fun.

With your friends, family or on your own.

Examples: excursions, read, visit museums, go to the countryside…

 Electronic games: They are leisure activities, but you shouldn’t spend too much on them.
 Sleep:

 It helps you to recover.

 You feel tired.


 It gives you energy.
 It keeps your body healthy.  You are bad-tempered
 You need to rest.  You get ill.
 Children need to sleep ten hours.
