you’ll see in this document,Ctrl+Alt+Fix structure and capabilities align nicely with the
needs expressed by XYZ Inc. and we are currently working under a similar contract with
various companies in and around 8+ countries in the same vertical. Based on our
experience with other South Africa, South America area clients, experience with various
industries, and strong local presence, I believe you will find that Ctrl+Alt+Fix can provide
the expertise and resources. The South America office has 68 local and Africa office
has 26 local full-time associates focused on manual, automated, solutions development.

1. About the project:

The response for the RFP is to prepare an automated test scenario where the test
cases and responses are automated. We achieve this by incorporating Jira framework.
To achieve the desired outcome we have used Jira Atlassian which has Bamboo as a
tool integrated with it. We also propose to integrate Cucumber with Bamboo to perform
the automated testing of SAP ECC modules. This also automates the collaboration of all
XYZ location with our team. The pricing is both fixed and variable depending on the
testing service asked. We expect the delivery of the solution to be completed within 22
weeks of the launch of our project.

3. What is Unique about our Organization?

We provide testing solution based on latest cutting edge technology. Our main motive is
to reduce the customer’s cost and time required for the testing process of their
application. Most of our solution is based on Agile and Devops Methodology which
gives us and our clients’ flexibility to provide and change solution during any phase of
the whole lifecycle of the project. We also automate collaborative project management
so that our clients and our teams from various locations can collaborate together to
provide the desired outcome. This solves a major client challenge if they are distributed
across geographical locations(in this case 170 plants in 25 countries).

● What is Agile Testing?


Agile testing is a software testing process that follows the principles of agile software
development. Agile testing aligns with iterative development methodology in which
requirements develop gradually from customers and testing teams. The development is
aligned with customer requirements.
Agile testing is a continuous process rather than being sequential. The testing begins at
the start of the project and there is ongoing integration between testing and
development. The common objective of agile development and testing is to achieve a
high product quality.

3.2 SOLUTION for the above Technical Challenges:

Managing Test cases and Bugs using Jira:

● All of the existing challenges can be automated and solved using the solution
provided above. This will reduce both time and cost for XYZ organization by
40%.

● The above solution also provides a continuous collaboration solution between the
testing team and the clients. The Confluence tool of Jira helps us to solve the
collaboration and continuous delivery challenge.

● The bamboo tool in Jira helps us to integrate Cucumber, which is an open source
testing tool. This tool can perform Regression and Functional Testing without
hampering other functionalities of other modules in SAP ECC.
● The Bamboo tool also helps in integrating the existing tools used by XYZ
organization.
● The solution also helps to cover all types of Performance testing automatically
upon detecting any changes in any modules.
● The Solution also helps in conducting Unit, functional and UA testing without by
automating all the use cases possible.
● Contrast is a Security Testing tool for application security testing. This tool can
be integrated with bamboo to provide IAM and API security for the SAP
application modules.
● The above solution will also solve the challenges of automating test data,
generate good cross-platform test cases and reduce no. of iterations required for
manual testing.

● A test infrastructure can be created to test the application modules using Vagrant
Tool. Vagrant is a tool that is used to create a temporary infrastructure that can
used for testing purposes. The virtual environment can be created and destroyed
with vagrant scripts.
● The above tools are standard tolls followed by the industry which will also follow
the best practices of CMMI and TPI maturity level of testing.

4. Pricing

4.1 Service levels and pricing

Ctrl+Alt+Fix Client Services Division operates under our Client Services Retainer
agreement, which is structured as a recurring monthly service retainer, paid up-front, to
complete an expected number of hours of support effort, of an eligible service, per
month. Customers may choose one of the 3 service levels (SLA’s) identified in the
Client Services SLA table, below .

4.1.1 Customer Loyalty Pricing


We love our customers and we want to reward them! Customers who maintain an
active retainer contract are eligible to receive discounted rates. See the Customer
Loyalty table, below.

4.1.2 Project Services
Many of our customers have a specific project in mind and aren’t interested in
distributing their hours or engaging in a lengthy recurring contract. As such,
Ctrl+Alt+Fix offers project service agreements on an as-requested basis. These
agreement terms are subject to the project’s needs and operate under the Standard
SLA terms, defined by the Client Services SLA.

These agreements cover a single bucket of estimated hours for a full service
execution, no smaller than 50 hours, with a defined list of services. Unlike Client
Services Retainers, reallocation of hours is not permissible and available services are
defined, as is, by the agreement, from initiation through launch. In the event of
surplus, no refunds, exchange, or rollover may be permitted. In the event a budget is
exceeded, the excess hours will be charged at the contracted value, similar to a
Client Services Retainer.

Payments may be distributed in a maximum of 3 installments. A minimum of 33%-


50% of the full contract value may be required, up-front. Project service agreements
are not billable on a sliding scale and may not be put toward customer loyalty pricing.
All services are available for project service agreements.

Initiation and launch timelines are subject to availability of service-specific resources in


our pipeline and client accountable deliverables and response time.
