B. What did you discover about yourself? How well do you think these traits can enhance
your skills in good human relations?

- I am an easygoing person, generous, determined, has a good manners, realistic attitude


and self-control. Because of the traits that I’ve discovered to myself, I’ve been able to conquer
my ego, to be optimistic, thinking first before I speak to avoid hurting someone through my
words and actions, respecting of individuals’ decisions and opinions and be able to be a good
listener for them. And also these traits of mine enhance me to be a better person for other human
beings and help them as far or long as I can. In addition, it enhances also my skills for me to be
able to encourage someone or the people around me to push them to the things they like or love
to do. In short, these traits help me to create better relationships with other people.

D. Write your plan of action to improve your weaknesses.

- We humans are far from perfect and weakness can’t be compensated but surely it can improve.
These are my bullet type actions on how can I improve my weaknesses;

 Practice. It is true that in some area we are weak but it only means I need to try a little
harder.

 Learn and read. Explore something that can help me improve like reading reliable
articles about weaknesses, watch videos about improving weaknesses, join groups that
can boost my learning on weaknesses and etc.

 Seek Masters. Talk to my close friends and family members to better understand my
weaknesses and solicit their advice on how to improve.

 Commit myself to following each detail of my action plan consistently. I will keep my
confidence and concentration intact so I can fulfil this action as I begin this improvement.

 Reward. I deserve a reward for myself for achieving my improvement in the future.
