Activity # 01

Criminal is defines as branch of public law, which defines crimes, treat of its nature and
provides for its punishment. And it is important by which it organized societies protect the
security of individual interest and ensure survival of the group. Crimes is the most important
element of Criminal Law, as it will be the basis of the investigation in which the nature of treats
will be know and what will be the precise punishment will be given to the offender.

Activity # 03

If I will be a member of committee that will review and reconstruct the Penal Laws to
revise the current code of extensive codification of all penal laws in the Philippines, I would
rather base the revision in the amount or weight of offense that an individual may commit. I
create criterion of offense and base on the weight of offense is the weight of punishment in order
for the complainant-offender to receive humane and fair justice.
