    Subject: Data Load Reimbursement

    The faculty members will be given a Load allowance every week according to the
    number of subjects given to them. This is to cover the teacher’s expenses on data load
    during the current semester of having Online Teaching. The said allowance may be
    added to the salary of the teacher at the end of the month.

    No. of Subjects Load Allowance/week


    1-2 P100
    3-4 P200
    5-6 P300
    7-above P350

    However, this also means that teachers should be diligent in his/her teaching and
    make sure to only use the allowance for academic purposes.
    Attached is the list of teachers with the number of subjects they are teaching.

    Note: 1. Faculty members living in IPLC, will be forfeited of the allowance, once the
    internet connection Account for Teachers will start working.
    2. Faculty members living in UPF HQ are not included in the load allowance
    budget.
