Jade Doja to Head Karats Korner Jewelry in Beachwood

Chart-topping Sales Associate Jade Doja was named manager of Karats Korner Jewelry’s largest

retail store in the Cleveland area. Doja will head the Beachwood Place Mall operation, which averages

$100,000 in sales a month, said Chief Executive Officer Marina Smithson.

“Jade’s trajectory in the company is unprecedented,” Smithson said, noting that Doja has been

associated with Karats Korner for only 1½ years and is currently fifth in sales in the Cleveland district.

“She has flourished in the company,” Smithson said. “Every month Jade is at the top of the

charts, and always meets and exceeds her monthly goals in sales, repairs, add-ons, credit, and leases. Her

great customer service is what enables her to do so well. We are excited to be able to offer her this

advancement in her career.”

Doja credits much of her success in sales to her personalized customer service. “I treat everyone

equally, regardless of the amount they can buy,” she said. Many of her sales are the result of her work

helping customers design personalized pieces.

Doja received a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in art from Notre Dame College. She

said she has always been passionate about working with metals and gemstones, and her work at Karats

Korners gives her the opportunity to combine that passion with her interest in business.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Karats Korners Jewelry is the largest specialty retail jeweler

with 20 stores in Northeast Ohio.
