DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in _______________,

Philippines, by –

SPOUSES CHESTER FRANCIS M.

BALDEROSA AND CHRISTIAN MARIE A.
BALDEROSA, both of legal age, Filipinos and
with residence 535 Saint Paul Compound,
Palatiw, Pasig City, hereinafter called the
VENDORS;

-in favor of-

KATRINA C. MULI, of legal age, Filipino

and with residence at 40 J.R. Jabson St.,
Bambang, Pasig City, hereinafter called the
VENDEE.

WITNESSETH: THAT-

WHEREAS, the VENDORS are the owners in fee simple of a

PARKING SPACE situated at Slot 24, Cluster 31, Cambridge Village,
East Bank Road, Brgy. San Andres, Cainta, Rizal.

WHEREAS the VENDORS desires to sell the PARKING SPACE to

the VENDEE and the VENDEE agreed.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE

HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS, VENDORS do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto VENDEE the PARKING SPACE.

VENDORS shall shoulder all taxes, cost and expenses incidental

to the transfer and registration of the PARKING SPACE in their name.

VENDEE shall shoulder all taxes, cost and expenses incidental to

the transfer and registration of the SUBJECT PROPERTY in her name.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto
signed this Deed of Absolute Sale at Pasig City, Philippines, this ___
