Auto Pass System in HSC

Covid-19 or corona virus disease created a pandemic situation in our world. This covid-19 found,
December 2019 in china, though this virus found in 1920 in animal. If I talk about patients who
are infected from this virus, at least 51.5 million people are infected 33.6 million are recovered
and 1.27 million people are died. This is pandemic and we still do not have vaccine, until we get
the vaccine we have to careful about this virus. To handle this situation BD government thought
about life than education that is why this HSC will not take place, and I really appreciate this
decision.

A single life is most important than examination. Covid-19 is virus that spread so easily. It is so
much tiny. COVID-19 – spreads from person to person in close proximity, similar to other
respiratory illnesses. From our sneeze from our droplet this virus spread. In this situation how
the govt. take risk, how they take life risk for only a normal exam? Education ministry in
Bangladesh has recently announced of not having HSC exam due to Covid-19 effects. And I
agree with their decision. And this year they are going to take admission test for all public and
national university. For that there will no chance, to get admitted without talent.

Depression and preparation is also a reason for not having HSC exam this year.HSC exam
supposed to be held on 1st April this year, but this pandemic ruined everything, our country gave
lockdown declaration from 18th march and till now this declaration on educational institute. At
least 6 months without study or preparation or any kind of work we all got mentally sick, and
depressed. In this mental situation if ministry of education declared about HSC examination,
then might happen a great disaster, if they would take HSC exam then many corona cases will
come, many suicide will take place. And if we they think about to take online exam then what
will happen?? We all know we don’t have that much gadget in fact not all have gadget and this
will be a injustice. So the decision of Education ministry in Bangladesh was right and I agree.

Well well this decision has also bad impact to our future generation. Basically this decision or
auto pass will not determine real result. This result will be a mythical thing, this decision will
give good grade those who don’t deserve. This result will about luck. Hundred percent students
would pass the examinations and over 1,10,000 students would get GPA5 in the examinations.
government took the decision of giving auto-pass in the HSC as it had won the national elections
without the votes of the citizens. The government should have taken the HSC exams maintaining
the health guidelines and increasing the number of centers.

At the end I must appreciate the decision of ministry of education and their decision. They must
have taken exam with health safety. But as a guardian how much you will feel safe? From all the
concern their decision was right and I agree with their decision.(510)
