Memorandum of Understanding

All associates (LNLs and US hir es) working for Mission Essential (ME) are considered
noncombatants. The US Government contract you are supporting in conjunction with your
Independent Contractor Agreement forbid you from accepting, carrying, possessing, or
handling military and civilian weapons, to include knives with a blade longer than three
inches or any type of pyrotechnics. You are not authorized to handle any military or civilian
weapons at any time. You are not authorized to present the appearance of manning military
weapons systems in hand, on ground, on vehicles, or on aircrafts. If it is reported that you have
handled any weapons you will be terminated from your contract with ME. Handling of a
weapon includes handling a weapon for the purpose of having your picture taken.

I, EID have read the above statement and understand

that I am NOT authorized to carry or possess personal or military weapons at any time. If
I violate this rule I will be terminated from my contract with ME.
