represent and undertake as under:

1. I am aware that the LLM Programme offered by TERI SAS is a Full Time and Regular
Programme & the current method ‘online teaching’ is facilitated only in the context of
COVID 19 Pandemic as directed by the UGC/MHRD/GoI/Govt of NCT of Delhi.

2. I have read and understood all the Rules of TERI SAS (including the rules of attendance)
from the TERI SAS Students Handbook available at
https://www.terisas.ac.in/pdf/student-handbook.pdf

3. I am aware that engaging in any employment/profession/occupation AND/OR enrolling

with another University/Institute/Law School for another fulltime Programme is against
the Rules of the University Grants Commission/TERI SAS.

I have read the above statements carefully and do hereby undertake to comply with them.

I am aware that TERI SAS has the right to take appropriate legal/disciplinary action in the event
of any non-compliance of the rules/Misrepresentation/Falsification of the above undertaking.

I am also aware that all/any dispute/s arising from non-compliance of rules shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.
