Total work of experience is more than 5+ years in the field of oil and gas (City Gas Distribution Network)
Engineering, Project and as well as services, operation and maintenance in PNG & CNG.
Current Working profile:-

Working as a Dy. Manager (Engineering, operation and project) in CPL Energy India Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi (A
JV of CPL Concordia (Italy) & GEMSL (New Delhi) From July 2011 to till date.
 Responsible for complete installing, commissioning and maintenance of DRS, MRS and odorizing system
in gas distribution network.
 Handling complete AMC of odorizing system and DRS, MRS and Cathodic protection system of city gas
distribution network.
 Handling of transportation, Dozing, and transfer of Odorant to city gas distribution client.
 Preparation of tender technical specification, defining scope of work of Field Regulating Stations & various
components involved in skid.
 Involved from Commissioning & Start up of project from Designing, Procurement, Erection &
Commissioning of various Metering skids, Odorizing Unit, New Gas pipeline Network, Gas Processing
Units as per international applicable standards ASME, API, AGA.
 Responsible for super vise of laying, testing and commissioning of MDPE (PNG) network pipe line.
 Responsible for supervise GI/CU works of house connection and commercial connection.
 Responsible for ensure proper documentation for PE/GI/CU works by contractor.
 Responsible for certify measurement sheet, drawing, and all related document.
 Monitoring performance of contractors and assist in planning to achieve target.
 Responsible for improving the quality of maintenance activities in line with health and safety issues.

gas distribution network of Delhi and Noida (NCR) from August 09 to December10.

Responsibilities:-

Technical roles:-
 Supervision, Operations and Maintenance of Field Regulating System, Metering and Regulating Skids,
MDPE Pipeline networks and other installations required for Natural Gas Distribution.
 Network designing on Land base Maps, network laying, testing, charging and handover to PNG – O&M
team.
 Verification and timely revision of AutoCAD based As-built drawings of MDPE networks developed in
various areas.
 Generation of Daily Machine Availability Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, etc. and generating
necessary information out of it for future Preventive and Planned Maintenance.

 Handling of leakage & fire complaints & modifying/maintainence/diverting jobs on the charged network.
 Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs for PE distribution
networks, domestic commercial and Industrial installations.
 Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Micro-Processor based Natural Gas Odorizing
Units at Noida.
 Undertaking emergency handling for routine operation & Maintenance jobs related to PE distribution
networks.
 Receiving emergency complaint from control room, reaching site within benchmarked time, assessment,
categorization, initial liaison with police & fire brigade etc.
