Dear Committee Members,

Indus towers finally did the agreement wid Devi Darshan Society as discussed
wid committee we are ready to give 5L Rupees to society in that society will get
only Rs 4,50,000/- and rest Rs 50,000/- we are given for society leakages for
every year.
Though we could not segregate this amount to society so we finally decided to
give 5L to society A/C in which society has spend 50,000/- every year for
society leakages.

After that Indus towers will nt be liable for any claim which society will ask to do
in their terrace for leakages and others.
