SUBJECT: IMPROVEMENT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
DATE: 3rd OF NOVEMBER, 2020

INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to outline the strengths and weaknesses of the current
training programme for the new staff, in order to improve it both for the benefit of
the company and of the employees.

THE CURRENT SITUATION

To begin with, our corporation offers a one-week training programme for the
newcomers, comprising of short presentations concerning the history of the company,
its current position and, most importantly, the goals that are to be achieved. The
advantage is that the newest members can easily understand what is demanded of
them and their role in achieving the purposes of the corporation. Nonetheless, they
are not properly explained how to reach those standards. Even if our employment
procedure is thoroughly rigorous, our company cannot require the freshly employed
to posses all the necessary knowledge from the beginning, since they all come from
different backgrounds and have varied work experience.

IMPROVEMENTS
Consequently, in order to simplify the integration process for the new staff, the
courses should be held for a longer period of time, so that they can properly
accommodate . Additionally, the employees should also be taught directly by the
corporations` specialists in fields such as public relations, marketing, and
management, so that they could access the basic knowledge in these domains, that
might have otherwise remained unbeknown due to their lack of experience.
Moreover, since our corporation is a multinational one, foreign language courses in
languages such as Japanese,Russian or French should be incorporated in the training
programme so that the communication between the public and our employees is
facilitated.

CONCLUSION

All the above mentioned, the current training programme could be improved by
adding more courses to greatly ease our employees` activity in the company.
