Flowers for Mother 110 Words

This is a story about Apolinario Mabini.

One day Pol’s mother was waiting for her children to come home from
school. After a while she heard some voices from the yard. She was glad her sons
were already home. “Mother! Mother!” called one of her sons. “Pols will be a little
late. He said he has something to get for you.”
A little late Pol came. He had some flowering plants with him. “These are for
you, Mother,” Pol said. “I got them for you along the way. I know you love
flowers.” He said happily.
How thoughtful Pol was! Instead of getting angry, his mother felt very happy
