NARRATIVE REPORT
Education against COVID – 19 pandemic is a great challenge not only for educators
but also for learners and parents. To ensure, the continuity of learning to the learners, Mina
National High School opted to deliver it through a modular printed.
As we celebrate the World’s Teachers’ day, we also distribute the Learning Package
or Self- Learning Modules to our learners through their parents/guardians. Proper safety
health protocols against COVID – 19 was observed and implemented. With proper
coordination with barangay officials, one of our barangay kagawad in Talibong Grande
fetched our mega boxes containing the learning package from the school early in the
morning. We started to distribute the SLMs as soon as the parents arrived. Minor problems
was encountered like one SLM for a learner residing in our barangay was not in the mega
box, three SLMs for learners not residing in our barangay was included and learning
facilitator who forgot to memorize their phone numbers. In short, the distribution of Learning
Package or SLMs in Talibong Grande run smoothly and peacefully.
The summary of the no. of Learning Package received and distributed is shown in the
table below.

NARRATIVE REPORT
For the continuation of the learning process, second week of distribution of SLMs to
the learners of Talibong Grande was done on October 12, 2020. Since the parents or
guardians are now familiar with safety health protocols on COVID 19 and the step by step
process on the distribution, the distribution of SLMs ended early.
Parent or guardian of three learners was not able to get the SLMs and I personally
delivered it to their residence. They was informed if they still continue to neglect the
distribution and retrieval of SLMs, it will be reported to the administrator of the school.
