HalGrow is a Quinoline derivative growth promoter with Antibacterial, Antifungal & Antiprotozoal activity.
It contains a mixture of 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinoline (57-74%), 5-chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline (23-40%) &
7-chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline (0-4%).
Advantages

Wider Antibacterial spectrum than conventional Antibiotics. Also have additional activity against Fungus
& Protozoa.
Environmental friendly, No residues in food chain.
Doesn’t get absorbed from Intestine, so, It’s a gut acting Antimicrobial Agent.
Non specifically reduces the tone & motility of Intestine which in turn reduces the movement of food
through GIT, allowing complete digestion & absorption of Nutrients.
Modifies intestinal flora & controls diarrhoea.
Unlike antibiotics, there is no development of resistance
Have more spectrum, efficacy & safety than other Growth Promoters like Virginiamycin, Zinc Bacitracin,
Tylosin, Florfenicol etc.
