Draw a user experience map to visualize the experience that a user might have when using
your idea over time by doing the following:
o Select a user for your product. Give a person a name and a few characteristics (i.e.
name, age, profession, etc.). They are the audience/beneficiaries of your idea.
 Our product will be used by teachers in Special Education. One such
person could be a teacher by the name of Jane Doe. Jane is 25, just earned
her teaching credential in Special Education and just got a job at an
elementary school.

o How were they introduced to your product/project?

  Jane was introduced to Boom Learning by the other Special Education
teachers at her school. She then looked it up and decided she wanted to try
it out with her students.

o What are some key moments that the user would experience during the learning
journey in your project/product (i.e. start, middle, end point): You can illustrate
these key moments by drawing or using other visual tools. Be as creative and
comprehensive as you can. Please limit the key elements to 6-10 pieces.
 Jane learned how to use Boom Learning by exploring the website.
 The first key moment in learning the website that Jane would go through
would be creating her account.

 She would then create her class and add her students to the class.
 The third key moment would be when she browsed the Boom Cards
available and selected one to assign her class.

 The fourth key step would be Jane creating a Boom Card activity for her
students.
 The next key step is to go over the assigned Boom Cards and see what
her students were struggling with or doing right.

 The last key point is Jane using the information to help her go over or
reteach her students what they were struggling with.
