1. Introduction

Smart Survey mobile application allows easy on-site survey of building permission
applications.

The Smart Survey can be accessed by all the internal users of the system. The application
enables the internal users to take survey against the building permit application.

2. User Registration

A user account will be provided along with the application. The admin user will have all the
privileges to create new users.

3. Sign In
Users are required to login to the system to do survey on building permission applications.
From Splash screen, the application will be redirected to the login page.

Enter the User Name and Password provided by admin user and then click SIGN IN. On
successful login, the user will be redirected to the Survey home page.

NOTE: User needs to enter User Name and Password only for the first time login. Once the
user gains access, system allows auto login without any login credentials.

4 Home Page

This is the first page which shows up when the user has successfully logged in to the mobile
portal.

All the surveys scheduled for the logged in user will be listed. Before you start the survey,
the status will be New.

Click on the survey and the following window will appear.

Click on the Procced icon to start the survey.

Enter the answer against question and click to proceed. The question will vary based
on the application type.

Also provided options to capture image using mobile camera or select image from gallery
corresponding to each answer.

Click on the icon and the following pop up will appear.

Select Camera option, if you want to capture the image using mobile camera.

Select Gallery option, if you want to select the image from the gallery. Choose picture of
your choice.

To view the captured image, click on the image and scaled view of the image will appear in a
pop-up window.

Click on Next icon to go to next question.

Complete all the questions. After completing, click Submit.

User can preview all the given answers by clicking Next/Previous icon. After verifying click
Submit to continue.

User can also view the attachment list.

Select the required document to be downloaded.
