Training Workshop Meeting – 1
Date: 11.07.2020

A meeting was held on 11th July, 2020 at 11.30 am by using Zoom Meeting app for the
purpose of arranging training workshop sessions through online by Department of Civil
Engineering, UITS. The honorable Dr. Md. Mazharul Hoque, Professor and Dean, Faculty
of Science and Engineering, Aysha Akter, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of
Civil Engineering and Faculty members of the Department of Civil Engineering were
present in the meeting. After discussion, decisions had been made for arranging the training
sessions with the students and following different committees were formed to make all the
sessions successful:

1)Participant Coordination Committee:

Hasan Imam (HI)
Maqsuda Hoque (HAF)
Kamrun Nahar Khan Mukti (KNM)
Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed (MUA)
Md. Sanaullah Shamim (MSS)

Task of the Committee: Informing students, advertising, Promotion etc.

2) Guest Invitation and Topic Selection Committee:

Task of the committee: Topic Selection, Contact with Guest, Ensuring Guest participation,
MCQ question selection and evaluation.

3) Organizing Committee: Kamrun Nahar Khan Mukti (KNM)

Task of the Committee: Ensuring online participation, conducting the online sessions
smoothly.

Task of the Committee: Designing Certificate, Preparing Certificate for Individuals,

Distributing Certificate among students.
