ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TER
MS CAREFULLY. BY ASSENTING ELECTRONICALLY THAT YOU AGREE, OR BY DOWNLOADING THE
SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO
NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CHOOSE I DO NOT AGREE .
This software uses anonymous, assigned numbers and/or anonymous information abou
t your computer or device ( License Keys ) that enable you to print a limited number
of coupons, serialized certificates, and other copyrighted and trademarked mate
rial ("Content"). No personal information is required or collected in connection
with the installation or operation of the software. The License Keys identify y
our computer or device, authorize access to the Content, and will only be used i
n strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. The License Keys will not be remove
d when the Software is uninstalled.

Coupons, Inc. Software License
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The software, including any code, images, photographs, anim
ations, applets, video, audio, music, text, and online documentation ("Software"
), that accompanies this license is the property of Coupons, Inc., and is protec
ted by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Although Coupons, Inc. at
all times owns the Software, you will have certain rights to use the Software a
fter your acceptance of this license. This license agreement ("License") outline
s your rights and obligations with respect to the use of this Software as follow
s:
You may:
(i) download and use one copy of the selected version of the Software; and (ii)
use the Software for personal, noncommercial use only, and only on one computer
or device. The Software is "in use" on a computer or device, when it is loaded i
nto the temporary memory (i.e., RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g
., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device) of that computer or device.
You may not:
(i) install the Software on a network server or within virtualization software o
r virtual machines; (ii) remove, circumvent or attempt to remove or circumvent t
he methods used by the Software to restrict access to the Content, including but
not limited to, the removal of the License Keys, for the purpose of infringing,
or encouraging or facilitating the infringement of Coupons, Inc.'s rights (and
where applicable, third party rights); (iii) copy, modify, reproduce, publish, s
ell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software, Content, or License Keys, e
xcept as provided herein or specifically allowed by applicable law; or (iv) deco
mpile, reverse engineer, disassemble, translate, make any attempt to discover th
e source code of the Software, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human perce
ivable form, or modify, network, or create derivative works based upon the Softw
are or the documentation in whole or in part, nor permit any other party to do s
o.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The Software and Content contain copyrighted ma
terial, trade secrets, trademarks and other confidential and proprietary materia
l that are protected under U.S. and international laws and treaties. Therefore,
you must treat the Software and Content like any other copyrighted material (e.g
., a book or musical recording) except that you may make one copy of the Softwar
e solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials
accompanying the Software, nor print copies of any user documentation, includin
g images provided in "online" or electronic form.
3. UPGRADES. If the Software is an upgrade from a Coupons, Inc. product, you now
may use the upgraded product only in accordance with this License and with your
existing License Keys. Coupons, Inc. may, from time to time, update the Softwar
e for compatibility with new coupon printing features. No personal information i
s required or collected in connection with any update of the Software.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transf
erred or exported into any country, or used in any manner prohibited by the Unit
ed States Export Administration Act, or any other laws, regulations, or restrict
ions.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The Software, License Keys, Content, and related se
rvices are provided on an as is basis. Coupons, Inc. hereby disclaims all express
or implied warranties with respect to the Software and any services provided by
Coupons, Inc. hereunder, including, without limitation, any warranties of title
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, an
d reliability. Coupons, Inc. does not warrant that the Software will be error-fr
ee or that it will operate without interruption. You may have certain other righ
ts, which vary from state to state in the United States.
6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by ap
plicable law, in no event shall Coupons, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information and data, or other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Coupons, Inc. p
roduct, even if Coupons, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage
s. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not
apply to you.
7. TERMINATION. This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate th
is License at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and its document
ation. This License will terminate immediately without notice from Coupons, Inc.
if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination, you
must destroy all copies of the Software and its documentation and cease and des
ist from any further use of the Software.
This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without g
iving effect to principles of conflict of laws. You hereby consent to the exclus
ive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts sitting in Santa Clara County, Ca
lifornia or the federal courts in the Northern District of California to resolve
any disputes arising under this Agreement. This Agreement contains the complete
understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, an
d supersedes all prior or contemporaneous Agreements or understandings, whether
oral or written. You agree that any varying or additional terms contained in any
purchase order or other written notification or document issued by you in relat
ion to the Software licensed hereunder shall be of no effect. No provision hereo
f shall be deemed waived or modified except in writing. No Coupons, Inc. dealer,
agent or employee is authorized to make any amendment to this Agreement.
The intellectual property protections, the disclaimers of warranties, and the li
mitation of damages shall survive termination. The failure or delay of Coupons,
Inc. to exercise any of its rights under this Agreement or upon any breach of th
is Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the breach. If a
ny provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement
will remain in full force and effect.
